FastXHorizon is a multi-vendor marketplace. Sellers are responsible for their listings, quality, authenticity, inventory, and fulfilment; FastXHorizon provides the marketplace infrastructure, moderation, ordering, support, and policy enforcement.
1. About the marketplace
FASTXHORIZON (PRIVATE) LIMITED operates FastXHorizon as a multi-vendor ecommerce marketplace. FastXHorizon may sell selected products directly and also provides a platform for independent sellers.
2. Seller responsibility
Sellers are responsible for accurate listings, product quality, authenticity, stock, fulfilment, customer-facing information, and compliance with applicable law. Seller listings are subject to FastXHorizon approval, moderation, correction requests, suspension, or removal.
3. Orders and payments
Available payment methods, delivery coverage, international destinations, customs, duties, and payment-gateway support may vary by product, seller, customer location, and order. Digital products require advance payment and are not eligible for cash on delivery.
4. Returns, refunds, and cancellations
Return, refund, and cancellation rights are described in the related policies. A customer may normally request cancellation before seller or FastXHorizon confirmation. Approved refunds are credited to FastXHorizon Wallet where enabled, subject to verification and applicable law.
5. Prohibited activity
Illegal drugs, weapons, explosives, counterfeit or stolen goods, unlawful controlled substances, prohibited hazardous items, and other unlawful marketplace content are not permitted. FastXHorizon may preserve evidence, suspend accounts, remove listings, and cooperate with lawful investigations.
6. Applicable law
These terms are subject to applicable law. Any governing-law or dispute-resolution details may be updated by an authorized administrator after appropriate legal review.
